    Graduate Associate Client Services

    The Team

    The Wall Street Offices (WSO) Product Support team is responsible for assisting technical and business professionals with the IHS Markit WSO product suite. This includes participating in product testing, product documentation, and providing valuable client feedback to the product teams.

    WSO Software is an integrated managed service and technology platform designed to simplify operations and reduce complexity across the credit lifecycle.

    WSO gives you real-time access to portfolio insights, workflow automation, and deal administration for diversified credit portfolios, CLOs, syndicated and leveraged loans. WSO's highly customizable features provide capabilities from trade capture, asset and deal administration to reconciliation, robust reporting, compliance and accounting.

    WSO is available as a hosted software solution, or a fully outsourced managed service powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

    Responsibilities

    This role requires daily interaction with clients, assisting with usability questions, troubleshooting, and providing installation and configuration assistance for the IHS Markit WSO product suite. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, financial knowledge, and have advanced PC skills.

    Daily activities will include the following:

    • Responding to client inquiries via phone and e-mail
    • Solving challenging client issues relating to the use of WSO software
    • Working with various internal teams and individuals
    • Assisting with product upgrades, testing, and documentation

    What We’re Looking For

    • Finance education or experience (BA or BS in Accounting/Economics/Finance or Business preferred)
    • Strong PC Skills
    • Operating system knowledge (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Customer service or help desk experience

    The ideal candidate will have the following

    • Networking knowledge
    • Syndicated Loan Market knowledge
    • Wall Street Office Application experience (WSO Admin, ClearPar, Compliance)
    • Strong math skills
    • SQL query writing exposure
    • SQL server / database exposure
    • MCP or MCSE certification
    • Bank Loan or Financial Investment knowledge
