Graduate Associate Operations - Loan Reference Data/Notice Manager
The Team
S&P Global’s Loan Reference Data product services internal clients as well as external clients and is focused on providing loan data and tracking to be used in the broader marketplace.
S&P Global’s Notice Manager is the industry leader in leveraged loan and high-yield solutions and provides comprehensive products and services for portfolio management, administration, reporting, and analysis.
The Impact
Loan Reference Data (LRD) Operations is a liaison between clients, S&P Global WSOWeb, S&P Global WSOData and S&P Global Loan Pricing. The team analyzes, handles, and organizes all the initial data deal setup. S&P currently has an opening for a Loan Reference Data Product Analyst to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business. The role also includes enhancing existing practices and alternatives to ensure smooth delivery of data. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues globally in Gurgaon, Noida, Dallas, New York, Manchester, and London.
Notice Manager (NM) operation is a liaison between Clients, Product and Operations in relation to offering data to the leveraged loan market. Notice Manager team analyzes, handles, and organizes all the queries related to Global Loan Data, Integration Utility, website, and access related issue. The role also includes enhancing existing practices and alternatives to ensure smooth delivery of data.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance checks on pre/post trade settlements
- Analyze all aspects of the new deal closing, credit agreements, amendments, and restructures
- Process data, manage exceptions, creation of new assets, and interact with clients
- Provide written emails to management with the audit findings and trend analysis
- Create new loans in S&P Global WSOData and set up current contracts and amortization schedules
- Create new assets in S&P Global WSOWeb (Bonds, CDS, ABS, Equities)
- Review and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve data and auditing
- Maintain documentation library by requesting and updating documents
- Manage all loan identifiers
- Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and investigate issues providing explanations and interpretation
- Protect the business through documentation, policies and procedures, metrics, and data validations
- Interact with appropriate individual/entities to gather all pertinent information to reflect the accuracy of the referential data
- Act as Client Services touch point through daily contact with clients in relation to Notice Manager
- Interact daily with clients by providing support for the WSO Notice Manager Website
- Interact with product developers to fully understand the functionality of all systems.
- Troubleshoot Agent Notice
- Interact with Data team to relay any data issues or client requests
What We’re Looking For
- Advance Excel skills, working knowledge with MS Office, Access Database and SQL query
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to query and analyze large volumes of financial data
- Work in fast paced environment
- Must be able to document processes thoroughly and be well organized
- Detail oriented and shows initiative
