    You will be a key member of the Solutions Client Management team, with focus on all business lines within Software Solutions. It is a dynamic role and provides a fantastic opportunity to work and help the needs of modern financial institutions.

    Client Management plays a crucial role in our Solutions business - as the primary contacts responsible for enhancing and evolving our client experience post sale. This involves working with existing clients to ensure retention, strengthen relationships and adoption, and grow opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Accumulate data from various company sources to assist in the preparation of presentations through PowerPoint and Power BI for management team.
    • Involvement in any ad-hoc and any future projects that will arise.
    • Owning and developing the overall relationship with assigned clients – including the core team interacting with our solutions, key influencers, and senior stakeholders.
    • Understanding clients’ strategies, business objectives and workflows – and the associated use cases for our solutions. Identify areas of improvement and act on them with adjacent teams.
    • Maintaining internal knowledge of clients via Saleforce.com and internal client management tools

    What we’re looking or

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
    • Energetic, enthusiastic team player that demonstrate ability to work closely across internal teams
    • Strong verbal, written and analytical skills with the ability to manage effectively upstream
    • A solid foundation of Excel skills, with the ability to read and understand financials
    • A skilled communicator, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and simply
