    We are looking for a creative, motivated intern that will join our GSA Music team this summer. You will help ensure that artists, partners and users see Spotify as their #1 music platform. You’ll focus on all types of music, and work closely with both the Artist & Label Partnerships and Editorial team to execute on local initiatives. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

    What you'll do

    • Drive the ideation of new music and content strategies that help build and cultivate relationships with the artist and manager community.
    • Build new potential partnership frameworks to support emerging talent.
    • Research trends and insights for team projects, and build presentations to communicate team and project performance.
    • Support in the management and execution of artist and playlist marketing campaigns.
    • You will get to work cross-functionally with other internal teams including Consumer Marketing and PR.
    • Conduct general housekeeping and administrative tasks (eg. content updates, maintaining release schedules, research on industry and user trends as well as conducting data analyses).

    Who you are

    • You are currently enrolled in an educational or work experience program in business, music, media or marketing.
    • You have a graduation year date of 2024.
    • You have some relevant work or education experience in partnership management, marketing.
    • You're open and ready for a high-paced but fun environment.
    • You have a proactive, positive and collaborative attitude, with passion for the Spotify brand and the ability to empower and encourage.
    • You have a general understanding of the digital media industry.
    • You are confident with data and possess an analytical mindset.
    • You are both fluent in German and English.
    • You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend for 12 weeks from June to 2023.
    • For this role, it is preferable that you work from the Berlin office at least a couple days a week.
