    We are seeking a motivated individual to join our buzzing Music and Entertainment team. The successful candidate will be numerically minded, keen to learn and willing to take on new challenges in order to provide an excellent service to our clients.

    They will play a key role in the team, supporting them with a variety of tasks to aid the smooth running of our clients’ financial affairs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Day to day bookkeeping and accounting for a large talent booking agency;
    • Data entry;
    • Client bank and credit card reconciliations;
    • Processing receipts;
    • Reporting incoming funds to agents on a daily basis; responding to enquires as they arise;
    • Monitoring and reporting on bank payments;
    • Setting up payments using online banking;
    • Reconciling reports on Excel, Quickbooks v. 2019 & Quickbooks Online;
    • Raising sales invoices/artist commission statements, considering the VAT position on international invoices;
    • Assist with handling aspects of the client’s financial and personal affairs;
    • Assisting with the maintenance and review of accounting records raising issues to relevant Managers;
    • Liaising directly with clients and suppliers in a timely and professional manner online, over the phone or in person;
    • Assisting with management reporting and annual accounting compliance by preparing accounts and reports such as promotion settlements, wealth statements;
    • General administration as per the requirements of the client.

    • Ability to cope in a fast paced environment, manage high volume workloads and deliver work to agreed timescales;
