    This role will be within the Business Change – Redwing Project team where you will be supporting on the digital transformation of the Airtricity NI Gas business within the implementation of the new CRM system being introduced to enhance customer UX and internal operating processes.

    This placement would suit a final or penultimate year student or graduate.

    What will I do during the placement?

    During your 6 month internship you will be assisting the project team in the final phases of implementation and transition to the CRM system. Your role will include:

    • Organising and co-ordinating attendance to training courses.
    • Participating in testing and assist subject matter experts in the completion of UAT tasks.
    • Conduct focus groups and use the information to maintain relevance of training material.
    • Keep a detailed and up to date project action list and follow up on outstanding actions.
    • Assist and lead refresher training sessions towards the end of the internship.

    You will have a genuine interest in SSE and the prospect of a long-term future with us, often candidates who join us on intern placements consider joining our Graduate Programmes after graduation.

    To be considered for this role we would love you to have:

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Great organisation and time management skills.
    • Ability to work across the Microsoft suite.
    • An interest in Project Management with the desire to develop your current skills.
