About the role
As a Graduate Planner working at one of the leading planning authorities in England, you'll have the potential to further develop your professional skills and build a varied career within the Planning arena.
You will be a student and/or licentiate member of the RTPI and be working towards a qualification in Town Planning. Knowledge of the development management process, including relevant regulations and policy guidance together with some knowledge of Conservation Area, Listed Building and Advertisement regulations and how these can be applied to the determination of planning applications is essential for this post.
An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills you must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office Suite together with an aptitude for using development management software. A commitment to excellent customer services, a flexible approach to work together with the ability to work to very strict deadlines is essential for this role.
