We have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office-based colleagues. Please consider that you would be required to travel to the Reading office 3 days a week, on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday before applying. You must be able to provide proof of right to work in the UK.

Objective
The Analyst intern will have the opportunity to be involved in the core data that supports decision making. By default they will learn about the data, data sources we use, data manipulation, data processes and data interpretation and internal customers data requirements.
Key accountabilities
- Support Business Insight Analyst with routine data production and delivery which takes on many guises.
- Administrative tasks relating to the data, from contracts to the productions of meaningful data.
- Assist with agencies to keep up to date with new service offerings and review data sources.
- Support and maintain the development and management of internal data trackers, timelines, and other internal administrative documentation.
Person specification
- Motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for everything data with a keen interest in a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and data tools.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
- A quizzical enquiring mindset wanting to understand what is behind a number.
