What we are looking for
Candidates studying a Marketing or Business Studies degree to join us on their placement as part of the Consumer Healthcare Marketing Team. There are two roles available either within the Consumer Dermatology Team, working on our skincare brands such as Oilatum® & Cetraben®, or OTC (Over the Counter) team working with the likes of Covonia® & Savlon®. Both roles will enable you to get hands on experience of what it takes to build brands that improve consumers’ lives!

- Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills – as you will be working with a lot of sales/commercial data!
- Flexibility as some travel is required to conduct store visits to monitor/research our products in store and attend trade shows.
- A strong problem-solver
- An adaptable team-player
- PowerPoint & Canva experience desirable but not essential.

You will support with new product development as well as the implementation of marketing campaigns. From working with our creative, PR & Media agencies, to presenting to retailers, from brand planning to budgeting, you will assist the team to ensure our key objectives our achieved.

You will work alongside passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager & wider team. To support students with getting the most from their time with us, alongside your functional role, you will undertake a year-long structured programme, comprising of both business related and personal development opportunities.
Students also work together to deliver a real-life business project, providing opportunities for experiential development, feedback and exposure to departments and leaders from across the organisation.
Cross-functional collaboration
You will also work alongside various functions including sales, category & insight, shopper marketing, regulatory and finance, as well as our agency partners, to ensure campaigns are well executed and delivered on time.
