    A day in the life

    No day is the same in our Acoustic Team. You will be part of a small team spread across Manchester, London, Oxford, Bristol and Cardiff with the main objective being to provide advice with respect to noise and vibration to a wide variety of internal and external clients and stakeholders on a wide variety of project types across the UK.

    Some of the duties include but are not restricted to:

    • Visiting sites to undertake noise and vibration surveys
    • Undertaking acoustic calculations
    • Creating acoustic models using specialist software to calculate sound levels.
    • Preparing acoustic reports
    • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to arrange site access and communicating acoustic requirements.

    About you

    The skills and experience we look for in our graduates:

    • On track to receive an honours degree in acoustics or related subject or equivalent
    • You will have relevant work experience gained through summer placements and internships.
    • Finally, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK at the time you start employment.
