The Design Graduate Trainee will work with the Designers to realise and bring to life the Creative Director’s vision across our product lines, both seasonal and iconic products. From design and sample creation, through to product development.
Your Mission
- Supporting the design and development of merchandise across all collections.
- Research of general trends, inspiration as well as details and materials.
- Presentation of trends to Design team with first sketches covering various product lines.
- Working with ateliers to amend prototypes and finalise samples.
- Feeding back to Italian product development and samples teams.
- Sourcing materials and suppliers.
- Preparing specs and managing deliveries and deadlines.
- Mood board creation and research for season direction.
Your Talent
- Strong Communication skills
- Technical skills
- Sample making experience
- Strong understanding of the brand ethos and ethical values
- Ability to understand creative direction and concepts
- Additional Language – Italian
Systems and Essentials
- Experience of CAD software
- Adobe Suite
