Overview
Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, the Graduate Visual Merchandiser will be based in our Head Office in London, supporting VM & Windows across the region whilst ensuring consideration of different markets, cultural and commercial needs.
Your mission
- Working directly with retail and buying to ensure standards, directives, key product focuses and VM strategies are correctly followed in all EMEA locations.
- Support on global directive shoots for all categories (RTW, Accessories and Shoes).
- Inspire and motivate the in-store visuals, creating an environment where the department objectives are met.
- Frequent visits to all Europe locations to plan and execute floor-moves.
- Create store floorplans ahead of each window change to share with stores.
- Support in administrative office tasks such as travel/budget trackers, shipping, receiving VM tools and local storage.
- Support the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager on seasonal showroom set-ups in Milan and Paris.
- Support Senior Visual Merchandising Manager in stores openings, events, and special installations/pop-ups.
- Leading store VM tool/mannequin inventory and tidiness.
- Order new VM tools for stores and maintain stock levels in local area.
- Promoting a professional image, being dedicated, problem solving oriented and positive, adapting to changing work pressures.
- Monitor visual standards in all Retail, Franchise and Wholesale EMEA stores to ensure that consistency and effectiveness is maintained and that aesthetic standards are achieved according to the brand image.
- Work closely with the Retail team (store managers) to identify slow movers, be proactive and fast in display changes to improve the brand performance.
Your talent
- Visual Merchandising experience within a luxury fashion brand would be advantageous.
- Keen learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong interest in design and fashion trends.
- A good understanding of VM techniques, installations, and event set-ups.
- Willingness to regularly travel to Europe & The Middle East.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proactive and self-motivated in new environments.
- Able to work with constructive criticism.
