Overview
Stifel Europe is a full-service, middle market investment bank that offers a full range of bulge bracket financial services to middle market clients. The investment banking division is rapidly growing and highly active relative to middle market peers; in the last year, headcount of the division has grown to over 150 in London, and ranks amongst the top London investment banks in both total transaction size and volume. Stifel Europe is based in the City of London and its influence reaches throughout continental Europe.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day to day operations, such as salesforce entries, preparation of morning notes
- Coordinate with research on ensuring client requests and organised
- Coordinate with research, sales and corporates on the organisation of roadshows and analyst marketing trips
- Work on our salesforce data mining, and convert to graphs that allow sales to make decisions (guided and trained)
- Through an apprenticeship structure learn how to construct succinct summaries of research publication, focusing on the investment relevant factors.
Candidate Profile
We look for candidates who are eager to make an impact and fulfil the below requirements:
- Have already, or are graduating summer 2022 - this is a 3-4 month internship
- 2:1 or above achieved at degree level
- Very high level of numeracy and financially literate
- Open to graduates from all backgrounds, regardless of area of study or degree focus
- Show emotional intelligence and awareness with confidence
- Strong MS Office skills
- Good presenter
- Excellent written communication skills
