    Responsibilities

    • Ability and willingness to learn a programming or scripting language, such as Powershell or .NET, to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks (no prior experience required)
    • Ability and willingness to learn highly technical details about a narrow scope of DevOps responsibilities as a first look into the planning and execution of an enterprise-class IT strategy
    • Give brief, weekly summaries on blog/podcast/news regarding DevOps and new IT tools/concepts
    • Read assigned book (The Phoenix Project)
    • Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external
    • Properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation to a more senior team member if necessary
    • Work proactively with other team members
    • Maintain prompt and regular attendance

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2022 and August 2023
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
    • Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills
    • Strong sense of urgency
    • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
    • Must be authorized to work in the UK
