Responsibilities

  • Assist in administrative tasks related to FX sales, including data entry, maintaining client records, and organizing sales materials.
  • Support in the development and maintenance of a prospect database by conducting market research and gathering relevant information on potential clients.
  • Help in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for potential clients.
  • Assist in tracking sales activities, including lead generation, client interactions, client onboarding, and follow-up tasks using salesforce and excel
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and potential areas for differentiation.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings, webinars, and events by coordinating logistics and preparing necessary materials.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries.
  • Participate in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to gain exposure to FX sales processes and industry best practices.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to improve sales processes, enhance client engagement, and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

Early Careers Requirement

  • Recent graduate or graduating in 2025 from an accredited university in a relevant program
  • French Language proficiency at an advance level is mandatory for this role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel , Powerpoint)
  • Must be fully authorized to work in the country the role is based
