Our Industrial & Mechanical Graduate Programme offers a two year structured training and development program centred on our Operations function, whilst at the same time giving graduates a broad overview of support functions throughout the business. There are many exciting opportunities within our Industrial & Mechanical function in both Project & Contract Management.

Our Project & Contract management procedures provide the foundation and common approach for all project execution across our UK business, and are applied in delivery of all our workscopes to our Key Client customers.

Tasks and responsibilities

Within each placement, you will be tasked with a defined set of aims and objectives that will allow you to gain exposure to all of the learning the area can offer you. You will have a development plan in place to guide you through your 2-year program, and this will be populated with goals that are designed to enhance you knowledge and skill set throughout your time at Stork.

Within each placement, the team will get you involved in ongoing projects/work and provide you with learning of the day-to-day operations. Alongside this you will also get exposure to support function operations, such as HSEQ, Project Controls and HR, and how these areas work together with operations.

Job requirements

Education

  • Minimum of an Honours Degree in a Business Management, Project Management or an Engineering or Construction Discipline with a strong desire to work in a project management role.
