We are looking for an individual to join our award-winning Industrial & Logistics Agency Team to help support a diverse range of traditional disposal and acquisition work we have ongoing, as well as help to develop new opportunities by applying an analytical approach to business development.
This is an excellent gateway for a graduate to kick start their career in real estate, providing hands-on experience from day one and growth opportunities as we work in one of London's and the South East’s most dynamic and exciting markets, handling some amazing spaces for fantastic clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting in maintaining and updating our leads/enquiries database
- Organising and conducting viewings with prospective tenants & buyers
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with landlords as well as tenants
- Negotiate lettings and sales of commercial spaces and buildings
- Providing marketing and disposal advice to clients
- Attending client/team marketing meetings
- Analysis of existing and derived market intelligence and datasets to assist in new business development

- Previous commercial property experience is not essential
The role is centred around our East London head office but flexibility to work remotely and from our City office as business requires. Monday to Friday with core hours 9:00am to 5:30pm.
