A Day in the life
As an Interior Design and Development Industrial Placement at Sunseeker International, you will assist in producing to produce a suitable design pack based upon relevant information using the Siemens NX and Teamcenter software packages.
Working as an Interior Design and Development Industrial Placement.
As a loose guide, your responsibilities may include:
- processing each DfM model to an adequate level of draft based upon the manufacturing, supply and production requirements
- updating Teamcenter as necessary for sub-assemblies
- maintaining Master Drawing Lists
- completing minor changes through the DCR/ECR/QIP processes
- issuing drafts, exported files and data to SAP and suppliers as appropriate
- providing support to Sunseeker Planning department to ensure BoMs are accurate and maintained
- working within Design Office protocols
