Our team is growing dynamically across all our international offices, operating in two specialized units: New Business and Account Management. We find new clients, win projects, and grow our partnerships to become successful, long-term, value-creating relationships.

In our work, every day is different. We need to understand various industries and ways of working and uncover our clients’ challenges, sometimes even before they do. Therefore, our super salespeople tend to be a little bit of all: smart consultants, great relationship managers, tech-savvy product enthusiasts, and resourceful fortune tellers. We constantly learn by doing, as there are no two cases that are the same, we always need to come up with tailor-made solutions.

Apart from our serious business acumen, we are not all that serious: we love cracking jokes, making music videos, and talking about literally anything. Preferably with a cup of specialty coffee in hand.

We're currently seeking an Account Manager intern to provide essential support to our sales and account management team activities in the UK. Our main focus areas include nurturing existing client relationships, fostering growth, and developing new prospects. If you're eager to join a dynamic team and dive into the world of client retention, relationship building, and deal closure, we'd love to have you on board!

Your day to day will include

  • Supporting the day-to-day work of UK portfolio accounts, ensuring excellent communication and relationship-building with key stakeholders
  • Assisting the Account Director's work and coordinating sales efforts
  • Participating in understanding our clients' needs and priorities, discovering and pursuing new opportunities
  • Cooperating closely with our Tech, Design, and Delivery teams (both in London and across offices) to help plan complex, high-value digital projects

We’d love to meet someone who has

  • Graduated and is ready to join us at our London office, ranging from 32 hours to full-time
  • A knack for connecting skills with people, building relationships easily

About our London office

Opening our London office was our first step in the journey of supercharging our International presence. Since establishing our foothold in Europe’s most digitally advanced capital, our little operation has grown into a funky office space in Shoreditch, filled with a diverse and friendly team. Our group of local and international experts is working on exciting digital initiatives for some of the UK's most exciting scale-ups and household names to help them on their ambitious digital journey.
