We are looking for a customer champion (and potentially a future leader) to join our growing team to help plan and deliver CRM campaigns for our family of brands to actively drive frequency, retain & engage existing customers and grow customer lifetime value.
You will be required to work in our Burton on Trent office a minimum of 2/3 days a week.
This is a permanent position with a start date of October/November 2022.
Key Responsibilities
- Help to deliver a programme of compelling email campaigns and using segmentation, targeting and content creation - deliver the right message to the right audience.
- Analyse existing customer behaviours and identify key customer moments when CRM communications should be executed
- Bring your creative flair and commercial acumen to support campaign planning to achieve database growth and customer engagement
- Work alongside external agencies to support execution on CRM campaigns
About You
- Passionate about CRM and digital marketing.
- A Marketing / Digital Marketing degree would be great, but not essential!
- Good analytical and commercial understanding
- Capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator and love being part of a team!
