    Summary of Role

    Lifecycle Analysis lies at the heart of our work, and Anthesis operates one of the largest LCA teams in the world. Using LCA, we help our clients to quantify the environmental impacts of their products and services, understand where, why and how these impacts occur, and critically, use these insights to develop ambitious impact reduction strategies.

    We are seeking a Lifecycle Assessment Analyst to join our UK LCA team. In addition to LCA experience, the right candidate must have a personal passion for sustainability, be eager to learn, and most of all, be driven to achieve big environmental impact. This role offers a great opportunity for career advancement, as our team scales to meet growing global demand for our world-leading LCA services.

    Requirements

    • Education – Environmental subject and/or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) or Economics Bachelors/Master’s Degree or equivalent
    • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in relevant work or research position
    • Practical work or education LCA experience
    • Excellent Excel skills and other analytical software
    • Demonstrable potential in client management
    • Self-motivation and curiosity
    • Strong communication and showing potential for developing consulting skills
    • Team player

    Personal Attributes and Qualities

    • Previous background or passion for sustainability preferred;
    • Curious, globally minded and enthusiastic;
    • Organised, methodical and analytical;
    • Effective time management and organisational skills. Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to a dynamic, fast moving and changing work environment;
    • Work well with a wide range of people on a global basis;
    • Proactive with the ability and confidence to use initiative;
    • Well presented with a professional manner to act as a brand ambassador which flexes and is appropriate for the specific client environment and circumstances.
