    Due to recent business growth, we currently have an exciting position for a recent graduate with strong communication and organisational skills to join our team as a Graduate Sales Executive. The role is crucial to assist in nurturing client relationships, orchestrating sales related activities, and further extending the market reach of our products through the generation and conversion of sales opportunities.

    What will you do

    • Develop a strong understanding of our product suite, our client’s industries, and their evolving needs and challenges.
    • Become the face of Synectics Solutions, by establishing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring our client’s business operations are supported at all times.
    • Support our sales functions with delivering presentations, forecasting, reporting, contract renewals and quoting activities.
    • Learn our sales methodology - Solution Selling and demonstrate a strong understanding of how our Solutions best meet customers’ needs.
    • Represent Synectics at conference, trade fairs and networking events.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams Sales, Client, Success, Product, Marketing, and Technical Support, acting as a point of contact both internally and externally.

    What will you need

    (This is a graduate role, so no commercial experience is required – however, a placement in a similar environment would be beneficial)

    • Recent bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex requirements.
    • Natural relationship-building abilities with a customer-centric approach.
    • A keen attention to detail with an aptitude for both efficient and accurate working.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritise your own workload and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
    • Adaptability to learn and implement new sales techniques and product knowledge.
