As a Project Data Analyst - Operational Excellence, you will perform data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and insight related to Facility Management Operations. You will be also responsible for managing projects and working with the Group Facility Management (GFM) teams, Supply Chain Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and other Business Partners & functions.
The role

- Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing data governance practices including data validation, standardization, and documentation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish data collection protocols and maintain data repositories
- Assist operational excellence project and program managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects focused on leveraging data analytics to drive operational excellence in facility management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items list. Generate accurate and timely reports to track project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work with GFM suppliers in a business partner relationship to continuously identify improvements to the service provided and areas where further operational efficiencies and improvements can be achieved
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to facility management operations
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize performance and actionable insights

You will be a great fit if you have:
- Some work experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related field
- Experience in data analysis techniques including statistical analysis, data visualization, and data mining
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Smartsheet).
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, including project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
