    What will I be doing?

    As a Junior Application Support Engineer you’ll provide excellent support to our clients who use our market leading social care and education case management software. You’ll work alongside our brilliant team to investigate and remedy problems or bugs raised by our users.

    As a Junior Application Support Engineer you’ll utilise your knowledge of SQL and other diagnostic tools to investigate data and coding issues, keeping our clients updated with your progress and providing a great level of service. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and build your career in a collaborative and friendly environment.

    What are we looking for?

    To be a successful Junior Application Support Engineer you should have:

    • A willingness to listen and learn
    • The ability to investigate bugs in line with our processes
    • Great communication skills
    • Some experience of working with SQL

    Any previous experience of supporting applications in a commercial environment would be extremely advantageous. Please note that this role will appear on contracts and officially be labelled as an Application Support Engineer.
