The Role
Our Delivery Graduate Program is specifically designed to develop your learning, growth and knowledge throughout an 18 month period across our Delivery pillar here at Just Eat Takeaway.com where you’ll be embedded within different teams as part of your rotations.
“What is Delivery?” I hear you say……
Our Delivery teams work to drive organisational effectiveness and enable an environment for our Product & Tech organisation to deliver promptly against our strategic initiatives for the business by being the interface to external stakeholders, providing clarity and driving alignment.
Upon joining the Program you will undertake 4 defined rotations across different Delivery work streams across 18 months to layer your learning of the business, develop your knowledge and understanding of our products and ultimately support in delivery of key business projects. As part of this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:
- Participate in the management of work associated with the delivery of Tech & Product solutions to (internal and external) customers.
- Participate in the program and project management of Tech & Product initiatives.
- Assist with guiding a team in terms of planning and allocating activities to the key people involved, ensuring that the expected performance and customer service levels are achieved as defined.
- Actively connect with the project team, to identify and act to remove barriers to delivery to ensure solutions are delivered as intended, participating in 1:1 and team feedback meetings.
- Participate in training of the team in Agile practices and work with the Product Owner to help them maximise value.
Who we're looking for

- Degree in Business/Economics/Management

- Ability to adapt and work in a truly international, fast-paced business
- A proactive attitude
- Unrestricted right to work in UK
