All about the role
As a Junior Product Analyst in our Global Partner Analytics team you will help craft the best experiences for our range of Partners through supporting product teams with data-driven decision making.
In this role you’ll be working with high-level stakeholders and be able to build multifaceted data products, providing analysis and recommendations to directly support product decisions, commercial decisions, and business strategy. You’ll be adding value from day one, and the role will give you exposure to working with all internal pillars, providing a wide range of learning opportunities to grow and develop your analytical skills.
As part of this varied role, we’re counting on you to:
- Proactively use BigQuery and Redshift to gain a deep understanding of our Partner products to detect product opportunities, problems and experiment ideas
- Give insights and recommendations to the Partner Product organisation, while learning how to define and validate key metrics for our function
- Data visualisation to help product teams make the right data-driven decisions, allowing them to self serve and interpret data quickly, easily and accurately
- Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to effectively gather their requirements and understand problem areas to respond to ad hoc requests and support larger strategic projects
- Collaborate with a number of different teams, you will work towards achieving our data governance standards
Can you deliver…
Here’s what we’re looking for from you:
- Relevant work or academic experience, preferably with a strong background in Maths or Science
- Proven ability to demonstrate strong analytical and numeracy skills with great attention to detail
- Proactive self-starter who is curious about how to get the most from our data
- Work well with others to deliver as part of a team with the ability to confidently engage their peers and stakeholders
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Down-to-earth, eager to learn, and driven to have a positive impact on the people around you
- Experience in SQL and any data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) are a bonus
