    Just Eat Takeaway.com is looking for a Junior UX Researcher to join its growing Fintech Research Team to help drive the user experience and strategy of our products and services.

    What you'll do

    We need your help to shape our offerings, bringing these customers products that are made with their needs front-and-centre.

    You’ll work within the Fintech pillar to make sure research plays a key role in product and design decisions. Your research will help ensure that the products customers use are valuable, useful, and usable for them. You’ll be working with a wide range of stakeholders, including designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers. You’ll also work both independently and together with other researchers to deliver impactful, robust, and timely insights that make real differences in our customers' experiences.

    About you

    • Working with Research colleagues to understand and frame the problems we are trying to solve and test the effectiveness of solutions we define.
    • You’re passionate about digging deeper to understand the underlying needs and goals of our users
    • You are organised and proactive, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
    • Tell real customer stories and bring research findings to life in your presentations and reports
    • Advocate for accessible and inclusive design solutions
    • You want to use research to influence product and design decision making
    • You enjoy collaborating with Researchers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts and other stakeholders to conduct impactful research and inform effective solutions

    What will you bring to the table?

    • Some experience in UX Research is an advantage - though not essential
    • A degree, or equivalent in psychology, HCI, behavioural sciences, or a recognised course, bootcamp or qualification
    • Some experience with core research methodologies, such as in-depth interviewing, concept testing, and usability testing. Quantitative research experience is advantageous
    • Familiarity with various research methodologies
    • Ability to design and execute research studies that answer known research questions with valid, trustworthy, timely insights
    • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with product & design stakeholders, and other researchers
    • A strong problem solver with a humble & inquisitive approach
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), fluency in an additional language is also desirable
    • Ability to adapt and work in a truly international, dynamic business
    • A growth-oriented outlook, with a desire to learn and improve both yourself and the products and processes around you
    • Fluency in English and either Dutch or German - and good written & verbal communication skills
    • Unrestricted right to work in UK
