    The Role

    Our Early Talent Machine Learning Program is specifically designed to develop you throughout an 18 month period of learning, growth and delivery across our Machine Learning & Data Science teams here at Just Eat Takeaway.com.

    Upon joining the Program you will undertake 4-6 defined rotations across ML Product, ML Platform, Data Science and ML Engineering domains to layer your learning of the business, develop your knowledge, understanding + technical competency of software/coding and ultimately support in delivery of key business projects.

    As part of this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:

    • Support the delivery of tested Machine Learning models into production environment supporting our customer experience
    • Work to drive automation solutions and design CI/CD pipelines
    • Have an initial focus on onboarding into the team and develop understanding of the full ML, AI and Data environment.
    • Start with platform debugging and over time move from fixing to creating solutions
    • Share knowledge and research with the teams and contribute to a learning culture

    Who we're looking for

    Here’s what we’re looking for on our Early Talent Machine Learning Programme:

    • Software or coding knowledge required
    • Knowledge/experience with Python, Java, .NET or Go are beneficial
    • Have an affinity for maths, stats and data
    • A good problem Solver with humble & inquisitive approach
    • An Analytical thinker
    • Ability to adapt and work in truly fast paced international business
    • A proactive attitude
    • Unrestricted right to work in UK
