About this role
As a Software Engineer in the Loyalty domain, you will join a dynamic, backend focused team primarily focused on building .NET API’s as part of a wider domain comprising of cross-functional teams. You will be collaborating with multiple product and engineering teams around the world, to help unlock new opportunities for loyal customers and partners to improve their experience by providing benefits and rewards associated with the Loyalty domain. Operating across multiple locations, our team is based in offices in London, Bristol and Berlin.
Your role will be pivotal in fostering communication and collaboration. You will work closely with product owners, front-end engineers on web and mobile, as well as other backend engineers. Together, you will design and implement new features, enhance existing ones, boost performance, streamline platforms, and develop robust and scalable backend solutions that serve our extensive customer base.

What will you bring to the table?
- Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks for back-end development.
- Experience with integration, unit, and system tests to ensure application robustness.
- Skills in writing clean, isolated, and reusable components for software development.
- Proficient in using and building RESTful APIs.
- Experience in enterprise tools and CI systems tailored to .NET development
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of when a pragmatic approach is needed.
- An understanding of code design for efficiency and readability.
