The role
Supporting our B2B marketing teams, TalkTalk Wholesale Services and TalkTalk Business Direct, as our in-house Graphic Designer you will manage a broad range of digital and graphic design activities to support marketing activities across both our Wholesale and Direct sales channels to help support our go-to-market and customer engagement strategy.
You will work across a range of products and marketing channels including corporate branding, marketing materials, exhibition displays and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to envision a visual solution to an idea and will work with the Senior Marketing Manager on creative concepts when required.
This position involves more than professional knowledge in Photoshop or InDesign; the ideal candidate should have an innate capacity to think creatively and innovatively to tell a story and meet specific requirements.
The role comes with plenty of variety. You'll be doing everything from designing and producing high-quality digital marketing assets for use across all digital and social channels, supporting with the design of engaging email templates and creating standout artwork for various events, trade shows and conferences. You'll also do print design including, direct mail, flyers, PoS and other printed advertising formats.
This is a perfect role for someone that is ideas driven, with strong creative flair, and can apply intelligent, creative thinking to a range of different mediums.
Key responsibilities
- Support with corporate presentations, webinars and keynote speaking opportunities with high quality PowerPoint / Keynote design.
- Develop and executing ideas from briefs for campaigns and product launches working with internal campaign team or external brand agency.
- Follow a robust campaign briefing and booking in process, to ensure all those requesting support provide the relevant briefing details.
- Design and adapt white-label marketing content for our Wholesale Partner community.
- Develop templates, mock-ups, sales toolkits, style guides.
- Work with lead external marketing/design agencies on brand and campaigns to deliver supporting executional items.
- Act as brand custodian, keeping our brand guidelines up to date and managing TTB brand consistency across the business.
Skills required
- Proven experience in-house or within an agency environment, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) with excellent Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills, and knowledge of Dreamweaver.
- Web design/HTML/CSS design and experience of using CMS systems.
- Experience in photography (able to use a DSLR camera for company photography when required).
- Excellent skills in design, layout, and typography, with proven evidence of producing high quality, innovative design and an excellent eye for detail.
- Experience in creating Gifs, video production and animation.
- Motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously with the ability to manage own workload and be flexible to adapt to changing demands.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, working with multiple-stakeholdersand external agencies & suppliers.
- Hard working and conscientious with an eye for detail.
