Engineering is at the heart of our industry and the efficiency and capability of our production facilities are the building blocks of a successful business. So our Chemical Engineers occupy a unique position within projects. Multi-skilled, inventive, constantly learning, they have a deep understanding of our processes and products throughout the lifecycle. From large scale procurement and customer focused projects to making environmental assessments and hands on modelling, the variety of experiences here is unlike any other company.

You must have at least a 2:1 Degree in a Chemical Engineering related subjectdegree, during which you covered the following topics:  Process Dynamics & Control, Sustainable Process Design and Manufacture, Environmental Engineering & Protection, Material Science, Process Safety. In an ideal world, you’ll already have some relevant work experience too, perhaps gained through an Internship.

Driven, passionate and tenacious, your strong sense of personal accountability is bolstered by your eye for the bigger picture. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire trust and build engagement are also essential.

The graduate programme
