    Join us a Supply Chain Analyst and help to ensure Tate & Lyle supply a world class, on time in full, delivery service at the lowest delivered cost, whilst maintaining quality, regulatory and legal compliance to our global customer base. This can be an onsite or a hybrid working role with your base at our plant in Mold, North Wales.

    This role could suit a recent graduate able to demonstrate an interest in supply chain, project management and the use of date to inform and improve processes and procedures.

    Your role in our future

    We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who will work on projects to improve the supply chain process, collecting, using and interpreting data to create actionable results. Working within customs guidelines you will proactively ensure customer’s expectations are met and will:

    • Identify areas for efficiency improvements within the Logistics and Warehouse processes
    • Work collaboratively on continuous improvement projects
    • Manage and optimise Inward Processing Relief (IPR) and Customs Warehouse processes
    • Support the Logistics and Warehouse function by providing administrative support
    • Completion of Customs warehouse and IPR reports and documents on a timely basis (as required)
    • Meeting Customer Needs – (Perfectly Executed Order - PXO)
    • Order dispatched on time in full – (95% of all orders delivered against the agreed delivery date)
    • Seamless end of month closure – (No outstanding transactions/issues)
    • Provide cover for the Warehouse and Tolling Manager
    • Provide cover for the UK logistics team leader

    • GCSE Maths & English, customer service NVQ (or similar) desirable plus commercial training and customs certification (desirable)

    Preferred

    • Professional logistics expertise
    • Knowledge of SAP an advantage but not essential – full training will be given

    Well known in the local community, Mold is a small facility that processes powdered stabiliser systems for a vast range of food products It also houses an innovation lab for piloting new concepts and developing on-trend prototypes in collaboration with customers.
