    About the Job

    Taulia Content & Communications is responsible for all areas of marketing content creation, external and executive communications as well as branding and design. Our work covers a broad spectrum of content types and uses including event content, customer case studies, eBooks, reports, digital content and thought leadership. We also manage external news announcements and media work as our social media channels and design function. We are looking for a marketing & communications associate to support the team across all areas. The role will also support the digital and GTM team on some areas of reporting, digital asset creation and email marketing.

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting the PR team on reporting - managing the results tracker, building quarterly reports
    • Media monitoring and research around key trends and topics
    • Executive communications programme support especially around awards and speaking opportunities research
    • Supporting the content team by managing trackers and approvals, managing the Slack channel and supporting on content for earnings all as well as ensuring content across marketing platforms is accurate and up to date
    • Content management - review and management of content on our internal content management platform
    • Managing and updating the blog
    • Support with the creation of adhoc campaign landing pages - Hushly admin
    • Responsible for Digital Marketing UTM builds
    • Supporting with the creation of email marketing campaigns and digital advertising campaigns
    • Design QA/ copy reviews
    • Events design support

    Skills Knowledge and Experience required

    • A minimum of one years experience in a marketing role, preferably working across multiple teams within the marketing function
    • Experience working with and managing digital platforms
    • Proven experience in content creation across different platforms and channels
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines proactively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly collaborative
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work autonomously and communicate with remote teams across multiple time zones
