    Where does this role fit in?

    We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic self-starter to help nurture existing relationships across multiple accounts, whilst delivering day-to-day CRM campaign activity.

    As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for delivering email campaigns for multiple clients across multiple platforms in a fast-paced working environment, so experience with email marketing campaigns and technology, would be preferable. You will be working in a deployment team that will take care of HTML build of email campaigns, QC procedure’s and testing and full deployment.

    You will work in collaboration with the Studio, eCRM Production and the Client Services teams to ensure all email campaigns meet the high standard that we work with and go through the full quality control process before deploying to the desired customer base.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • End-to-end management of campaigns and projects, from initial concept to deployment.
    • Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation.
    • Construct detailed reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account.
    • Liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client team, completing briefs for each department.
    • Ensuring all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign.

    Requirements

    • You have experience with CRM processing and systems
    • You can demonstrate the ability to manage client expectations and to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur.
    • Experience within a marketing agency is ideal but not necessary for this role
    • You have the ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing.
    • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
    • You are able to work in a fast paced, hard working environment and demonstrate commitment to role and to drive development.
    • Email marketing and digital experience would be preferable.
    • You have an analytical mind, you have an understanding of data.
