    We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales Team!

    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a charismatic and organised Account Executive, to take full ownership of Tech Alchemy’s relationships with current and future clients. It’s a small and growing team, which provides ample opportunity to have an impact in your role and progress at a great rate, as the business continues its exciting journey. It would be hugely beneficial if you have experience working within the web3 or blockchain technology industry.

    Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will collaborate directly with key stakeholders in the business to align sales efforts with company strategy to bring results.

    Your Mission

    • Manage the day to day relationships of existing and future accounts, supporting them with any reasonable requests
    • Launch and manage accounts with the main goal of increasing revenue and decreasing churn rate among existing clients
    • Collaborate with internal departments on introducing new listing and upselling opportunities with current projects
    • Responsible for the smooth onboarding of new clients and successful completion of procurement processes including basic due diligence
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders within accounts
    • Support with basic Account Based Marketing projects including webinars, newsletters and internal events
    • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure workloads & deadlines are managed efficiently

    What will you bring to Tech Alchemy?

      • A personable self-starter who is comfortable working in a small team within a fast moving start-up
      • 1-3 years experience in an Account Executive / Sales role
      • Working experience or knowledge of the crypto, blockchain technology and web3 industry would be beneficial
      • A person who is naturally organised, especially when managing opportunities by utilising CRM, email and outreach tools to cultivate and maintain the sales pipeline
      • Ensure deadlines are met and onboarding processes are completed efficiently and effectively
      • You have great client-facing communication skills and are excited by the thought of presenting to employee groups both in person and virtually
      • Highly effective communication skills, with ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and strong presentation skills
