We are seeking individuals who love to code and want to use their development skills on a daily basis and see their work translated directly into our software.

The role is available to recent BSc. and MSc. Computer science graduates from 2023 or who are graduating in 2024.

This role is based at our Bracknell office.

The role

  • Progress features for our next-generation real-time media transport, processing, and monitoring software.
  • Be progressive and adaptable to working across multiple languages and open to using the best tools and languages for the function.
  • Work within a collaborative within a highly agile environment and participate in daily team prioritisation and organisation.
  • An opportunity to work with our technical colleagues within some of the world’s major broadcasters contributing to business-critical live broadcasts.

Essential

  • Demonstrate a good level of competence with either Rust or C++ or JavaScript (Node.js) and a willingness to learn Rust or JavaScript to a high level.
  • Knowledge of source control and collaboration through Git.
  • Experience with Linux (CentOS/Linux).
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Any of the following is a bonus

  • An interest or experience in live media.
  • An interest or experience in realtime processing.
  • Knowledge of networking, UDP, RTP, Multicast and Unicast.
  • An appetite to explore new languages.
