    The People & Culture Intern will be responsible for assisting the P&C Surface Northern Europe & CIS team by carrying out the below responsibilities and contributing to special projects as assigned. The role will provide an opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in Generalist HR, whilst being supported by a team.     Job description

    General

    • Develop a working knowledge of HR, with the opportunity to gain exposure and to contribute towards People and Culture practice at TechnipFMC
    • Provide basic admin support to the P&C Business Partner regional team
    • Special Projects
      • Coordinate the review/creation of Job Description for all employees with the region
      • Collate an overview of Job Grade structure within NE & CIS region, presenting in a format to enable People & Culture to review. Support further stages of the project with the aim to implement consistency of Job Grades across the region.
      • Support the implementation of the new Global Induction process, working with local management to ensure Surface specifics are incorporated.

    ERP Data Management

    • Support data integrity projects; collate relevant data and be part of the solution by producing reports/ data tools to produce outputs to support business decision making.

    Communication

    • Support the coordination of Employee communication within relevant sites.
    • Utilise appropriate internal communications tools (Intranet, Viva Engage, The Well, Bridge etc.).
    • Support the development of local PoP Pages with specific focus on People & Culture.
