About Tenzing

As a private equity investor in high-growth UK and Northern European SMEs valued between £10m and £200m, we work with niche market leaders and challenger businesses - ones that can transform themselves and disrupt the market in which they operate.

Named after Tenzing Norgay, the Nepalese mountaineer who guided Sir Edmund Hillary in the first-ever ascent of Mount Everest, his story represents our drive to support our portfolio businesses in reaching the summit of their ambitions, each and every time.

We love supporting, inspiring and investing alongside high energy, high-performance management teams and know what it takes to be a real partner - because we’ve done it ourselves. We’ve run businesses on credit cards. We’ve lain awake on a Sunday night thinking about what’s next. We’ve had our frustrations and made mistakes, but we’ve also had our successes, and we would love to share all of that with you.
