    As part of the Terex early talent identification process, Terex Global Business Services offer full-time finance placement opportunities for students from the following degree areas: Accounting, Business Studies or Finance

    Our placement opportunities provide the student real-world experience to maximize their learning from the classroom. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of invaluable skills for their future careers including:

    • Problem Solving
    • Networking
    • Customer Service
    • Account Reconciliation
    • Working to objectives
    • Time Keeping
    • Mental Focus

    Students may be responsible for performing tasks in the following areas

    • Invoice Processing for a range of Terex entities
    • Supplier Query and Resolution and dealing with suppliers
    • Various project work to improve the services that GBS offers
    • Account Reconciliation
    • Other administration type functions as required

    Requirements 

    • Currently studying towards the following degree areas: Accounting, Business Studies or Finance
    • Ability to work fulltime - 37.75 hours per week
    • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to organise and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Positive and energetic
    • The ability to speak a second language would be a distinct advantage (Italian, German, French, Spanish preferred).
    • Must be a team player able to demonstrate strong customer focus with the energy, drive and commitment to successfully work through any and all issues and objectives related to this role and that of the overall team.
