This role will be responsible for providing professional support to the HR department and to all Terex team members at the Dungannon and Ballymoney facilities.
What you'll do
This role will support a wide variety of HR duties including but not limited to;
- Recruitment & Selection
- Administration of recruitment campaigns
- Supporting with processing of invoices
- Managing reference requests & responses
- Onboarding
- Completion of new starter forms, termination forms & change forms
- Registering new Terex Team Members to the onsite clocking systems
- Payroll
- Support in the administration of time and attendance system
- General Administration
- Filing
- Creation of management of personnel folders
- Answering general enquiry calls and emails
- Reception cover as and when required
What you'll need
- Currently studying towards Human Resources Management degree (or relevant subject)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office including excel and word
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- Ability to work within team and on own initiative
