    About the role

    Our Sales Graduate Programme will see participants spend time within different sections of our Business to gain a full insight into the Finlay Brand and how we provide a service and support to our customers.

    You will have the opportunity to work with in our Sales and Marketing, Customer and Product Support, Logistics and Order processing teams along with completing product and brand training.

    Upon successful completion of the programme participants will have the tools needed to become a strong Team Member within the Finlay organisation and have the opportunity to secure a role within our Company, based on where we think you’ll realise your full potential.

    Experience & Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

    • Recently qualified Graduate preferably within a Business or Marketing discipline
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated and positive with a desire to succeed in a sales career
    • A passion for learning and self-development
    • Ability to easily build new relationships
