Our two-year Business Graduate programme will ensure you gain a breadth of valuable business experience early in your career. You’ll have the opportunity to do two, 12 month placements in two different areas of our business, giving you the broadest experience possible to maximise your opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

You might start your programme by making improvements to our supply chain - developing, trialling and rolling out a solution, so that customers can continue to get the right products, at the right time. Then you could spend your second year in the Property team, recommending where to open stores, or maybe our Food team, finding, developing and managing supplier partners to deliver our customer propositions and ensuring product quality is achieved and maintained. Based in our Welwyn Garden City office, you’ll either be supporting a key project or within a role, with the potential to positively affect the lives of millions of customers, as well as colleagues, communities and our planet!

This breadth of experience will help you think about your future at Tesco, beyond being a graduate, as there is a wide variety of job opportunities for you to apply for as you finish your programme. You should be well-equipped to excel in a role that plays to your unique strengths and interests utilising the range of skills you’ve developed over the 2 years.

    Who we are looking for

We’re looking for self-motivated and curious graduates, who can work collaboratively in our business, and have a passion to do the right thing for our customers and colleagues. We want our graduates to be themselves at work and be open to new experiences whilst building new skills for their future.
