    Tesla is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Serivce Quality Warranty Intern who is eager to make a difference. As an intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to support our team and jump into fascinating world of Service. You will support the team by producing top-down analyses on technical trends in Service. Furhtermore, you will be supporting other initatives that further the Service Warranty team's work.

    This may include investigative analysis, building reports, and creating tools for stakeholders. The service Quality Warranty Intern is also responsible for supporting in the communication of the outcoome of these analyses and you will play a crucial role in communicating the findings of your analsyses using clear and eaisly digestible visuals to support the next steps determined from the analyses.

    What you’ll do

    • Carry out larger scale analyses of technical data using internal Tesla dashboards, lookking at EMEA wide Service Center metrics and identify areas of focus (This would be to support Service Warranty teams on targeting specific service centers that require support)
    • Focusing on extended warranty improvements and providing a feedback loop.
    • Support Warranty Analyst in their localized work in i.e. specific countries or Service Cernters.
    • Create tools to assist in solving business problems idenfitied by or with the Warranty Analyst and/or orther collaborators (i.e creating temporary excel tooling and then working to develop a business case into Tableau)
    • Clearly communicate results and next steps from analyses completed, trends identifies, and tools created.
    • Collaborate with Service Quality Warranty team members on implementing cross-regional projects.

    What you’ll bring

    • Pursuing a degree in Data science or equivalent
    • Excellent technical analysis skills, (e.g Microsoft Office applications, modelling, etc.)
    • Proficiency in one or more coding languages is a benefit (R, C++, SQL, etc.)
    • Must be able to work with multiple teams and colleagues from various levels and in different locations
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proactive, flexible, confident, professional, and self-directing in a fast-paced environment
