An engineering Internship will give you the opportunity to work alongside our technical experts working on exciting, ground-breaking projects. You will learn new skills whilst being mentored and supported.
Your Role
- Undertake engineering design (to EuroCode/BS)
- Provide technical assistance to the members of the Civil/Structural or Water Engineering team
- Assist in the delivery of projects on time and to budget
- Work under the supervision of the Project Engineer(s) and the Design team leader
- Assist in design reviews and verification checks
- Undertake site visits and surveys
- Ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations and site procedures or instructions
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, statutory bodies and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Studying towards a relevant degree (Civil or Structural Engineering)
Desirable
- MS Office/ MS Teams skills
- Experience in the use of AutoCad
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
