Job Description

We have opportunities in various locations for Graduates Ecologists to support our National team of ecologists. The post will offer the successful applicant an interesting, challenging and varied workload as well as allowing them to develop personally and professionally, as an Ecologist.
Your role will be to assist our highly skilled ecologists as they undertake a range of habitat and protected species surveys including bats, reptiles, amphibians, otters, barn owls and a whole lot more. This is a great opportunity to develop your field craft and consultancy skills, as part of a professional team in the great outdoors
Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum 2:1 Degree or equivalent in the area of ecology, conservation or similar relevant discipline
- Be a student or qualifying member of CIEEM (or at least have evidence of working towards securing this)
- Have an understanding of the principles of ecological survey and mitigation work
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Be willing to work flexible, unsociable hours including evenings and early mornings
- Be willing to travel for work
- Valid Uk driving licence and ideally access to a vehicle
Assessment centre to be held February 2023.
