What the role offers
A fantastic 1 year internship programme, that gives you an excellent opportunity to;
- Gain substantial knowledge and experience within a supportive environment with a brilliant community of people

- Work alongside senior stakeholders, key customers and a range of suppliers
- Travel domestically and potentially internationally

Key tasks & responsibilities
Your key tasks and responsibilities will vary depending on where you spend your placement with us, and that could be in any one of our Business Growth functions – Sales, Account Management & Capture, Strategy & Marketing or Communications & Government Relations. You could be;
- Growing your knowledge around how we analyse and understand Thales’ strengths and weaknesses against the competition in any of our markets
- Working on and supporting competitive captures / bids
- Working with the internal communications team to upskill in how to develop strategies to engage, involve and motivate employees to give their best
- Networking and interfacing with customers and/or internal stakeholders
- Working with the editorial team to grow your knowledge of how to develop and distribute content through a variety of on and off line channels
- Contributing to and participating in major customer exhibitions and events
- Developing your understanding of how to support the CEO and senior management teams, preparing briefing material ahead of political engagements and site visits

- Have experience in using the Microsoft Office suite, Jabber and Microsoft Teams
