    The role

    THALES are looking to recruit a passionate & driven Finance Analyst to work with the CPL Sales Finance Team with running, validating for accuracy, and analysing key financial reports and data inputs that are used by CPL executives, management and employees to make key business decisions and track the growth of the business lines.

    What will you deliver?

    • Investigate issues, variances, and errors in the data/reports through researching in the ERP system and working with sales operations and customer service employees.
    • Work with IT on troubleshooting problems and testing solutions.
    • Prepare several key Daily, Monthly, and Quarterly reports such as the weekly sales report, order and contract reporting, and backlog reporting. After preparation, be able to analyze and interpret reports and provide key findings and suggestions to management.
    • Help with administering annual commission plans, from quota review and plan issuance, to calculating and preparing adjustments for commissions paid to sales rep employees, and with preparing various analyses and reports after payment.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Ideally a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Financial Information Systems.
    • Progressively responsible experience and demonstrated success in accounting and/or financial systems management.
    • Experience with Reporting tools such as Microsoft BI
    • Excellent organization and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple ongoing financial projects, with tight deadlines.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • General technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis processes.
    • Must be proficient in working with Microsoft Excel.
