As part of our technology team you’ll quickly gain exposure to senior leaders and a variety of projects and teams, giving you everything you need to be a future leader at our Bank. The Bank's technology function manages services running from multiple data centres and cloud environments, providing customers with access to internet, mobile and telephone banking. The technology function at the Co-operative Bank encompasses cyber security, architecture, testing, mainframe management, service management, operational resilience, and incident management amongst others. We are currently looking to recruit into a number of these areas.
What you’ll need
We’re looking for critical thinkers with real enthusiasm, energy and potential. You’ll also be a fast learner who will grasp every new opportunity with both hands, and a confident communicator with a good head for problem solving and creativity with the ability to look at things differently when dealing with all kinds of challenges.
Educational Requirements
- At least a 2:1 degree in any discipline or a 2:2 degree with a Masters
- 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths and English at minimum Level 4 / Grade C
- Eligibility to work in the UK
