    You will be on a four-year graduate programme designed as an extensive work-based scheme, where you will develop and learn across four distinct 12-month placements across our operation and engineering sites in the UK.

    Our placement journey has been mapped to enable you to understand the business and how it operates, whilst also developing and building your engineering competencies

    You’ll perform a variety of important roles linked to your chosen discipline to build your capability in electrical, mechanical or manufacturing engineering, such as production and operational performance, compliance engineering, project engineering and maintenance engineering

    Our scheme is associated with professional institutions and you’ll receive a dedicated chartered mentor for the duration of the programme until you achieve chartered engineer status yourself aligned to the UKSPEC

    Our aim is to successfully land you in roles aligned to your qualifications, experience and learning journey and to ensure you are ready to take on a permanent role at the end of the 4-year scheme

    What makes you great?

    • You are a motivated and driven individual with a high capacity to apply your current learning to a practical environment
    • You will be working with responsibility from Day 1, so you must be self-starter, enthusiastic and talented, able to manage yourself and engage with a dynamic team
    • You will be on course to achieving 2.2 MEng or 2.1 BEng, equivalent or above in one of the following subjects: Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Engineering with Technology Management, Operations Management, Production Engineering and Management
    • You will need to be fully mobile and willing to relocate every 12 months during the 4-year scheme, as each 12-month placement could take you to a new office or site located across the UK
    • Finally, you must also have UK driving license in time for the start of the programme
