    As the Proposition Governance Adviser you will be responsible for supporting the Openwork Proposition Governance function to ensure the products and services offered to clients are developed and managed effectively, aligned to corporate strategy and with high standards of governance.

    This is a 19-hour per week job share, hybrid role based in our Swindon office, with 1 day required in the office.

    Your responsibilities 

    • Maintaining a comprehensive proposition database of existing and legacy propositions with product details, target market information and outputs from reviews.
    • Supporting the proposition development & management control programme, oversight document provide administrative including supporting the completion of regular product reviews.
    • Production and analysis of MI and producing regular reports to support proposition governance
    • Maintaining proposition governance content on adviser and colleague portals intranets and input to relevant communications.
    • Working with members of the proposition and marketing teams, other business areas, advisers, and product providers
    • Adviser and colleague enquiry handling regarding proposition governance matters.

    What will you need to succeed?

    • You will have some knowledge of the types of products offered by Openwork and the wider financial advice market.
    • Financial Services industry knowledge beneficial
    • Hold core industry qualifications or be willing to study towards them
    • Positive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong can-do attitude
    • Excellent personal organisation and time management skills
    • Able to deal effectively with complexity of information and data
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Curiosity and problem solving
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    • Salary - £20,000 - £27,000 FTE
    • Bonus scheme - on target bonus – 7.5%
